01Scope
This policy applies to panducakrawala.co.id, the Partner Portal, and the ERP Portal operated by PT Pandu Cakrawala Mandiri ("PCM", "we"). We process personal data in line with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
02Data we collect
- Contact. Your name, phone number, email address, and the messages you send via WhatsApp or email.
- Partner Portal. Account data and partnership verification data and documents, such as identity card (KTP/NIK), tax number (NPWP), bank account, business licences, budget plans, and proof of fund use.
- ERP Portal. Employee records managed for HR administration, attendance, and payroll.
- Technical data. Session cookies that keep you signed in, security logs, and display preferences such as theme and language stored on your device.
03How we use data
- To answer enquiries and partnership requests.
- To verify prospective partners, assess applications, disburse funds, and monitor fund use.
- To run HR administration and payroll.
- To keep our systems secure and meet legal, tax, and audit obligations.
04Legal basis
We process data based on your consent, the performance of a partnership or employment agreement, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
05Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only as needed with:
- Banks or financing institutions involved in disbursement.
- Auditors and legal or tax advisers bound by confidentiality.
- Hosting and technical providers that operate our systems.
- Authorities where required by law.
06Retention and security
Data is kept for the duration of the partnership or employment and afterwards for as long as archiving, tax, and audit rules require. Access is role-based and password-protected, and key changes are recorded in an audit log.
07Your rights

08Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising cookies. The Partner Portal and ERP use session cookies that are required for the service to work. The location map (Google Maps) and WhatsApp button are provided by third parties with their own privacy policies.
