02

Confidentiality

Both parties sign a confidentiality agreement before detailed data is shared.

03

Due diligence

Legal document review, site visits, and a feasibility study.

04

Agreement

Rights, obligations, profit sharing, and performance targets are set out before a notary.

05

Execution

Staged disbursement, assistance, and regular reporting.
