Corporate Secretary and Head of Business Performance

Ahmad Ibrahim, S.M., M.M.

Corporate Secretary and Chief Business Performance Officer. Decides unit fund disbursements based on KPI achievement, manages the performance dashboard, and oversees the legal, administration, and accounting functions.

Director of PMO and Risk Management

Ir. Raden Achmad Yusuf

Sets the risk profile and manages the risk register and unit verification. The Construction Division reports to this directorate.

Director of Business Development and Production

Asep Dadan Sunandar, S.T., S.P.

Approves new clusters after feasibility and PMO review, and manages offtake, the KSO and Cluster Division, and the General Trading and Supplier Division.

Director of Finance and Tax

Kusuma Wijaya, S.E.

Manages and monitors financial reporting, reports monthly to the Secretary and Directors, and prepares the annual audit.

Offtake, supply, and trading margin; reports to the Director of Business Development and Production.
