Each core business is a profit center with its own measured revenue, costs, profit, cash flow, and risk. Links between the four keep the value chain running from upstream to downstream.
The food security program runs with cooperatives in West Java along two tracks: production clusters and joint operations (KSO). Each unit has one named person in charge. This pillar also covers trading in production inputs and commodities.
Spread across 11 regencies and cities. Commodities include rice, corn, potatoes, cilembu sweet potatoes, melons, sorghum, dairy and beef cattle, sheep, layer and broiler chickens, running-water pond fish, shrimp, moringa, and patchouli, along with feed mills, salt, and wood pellets.
From 64 cooperatives, institutions, and foundations in 17 regencies and cities. Their fields range from staple goods and free-meal (MBG) kitchens to livestock and fish farming. The KSO network provides the distribution and supply that support the clusters.

Upstream, the Company supplies fertilizer, feed, seeds, and staples to cooperatives, local shops, and partner businesses. Downstream, products such as banana leaves, palm sugar, spices, salt, and horticultural produce are sorted, packed, and delivered to distributors, retailers, institutions, and export buyers.
Trading in fertilizer, feed, staple goods, salt, rice, and export products is managed as a sub-core of Food Sovereignty.

This line handles civil works, residential and lodging buildings, commercial areas, and production support facilities such as livestock housing, warehouses, and processing units. Its scope covers property development, building construction, and infrastructure, including housing, hospitals, and self-contained townships.
Work is carried out directly or through joint operations with construction partners, following technical planning, quality control, and occupational safety.
Four assets in Cianjur, Sukabumi City, and Subang. Assets already in operation are acquired first so that revenue flows from the first month.

A 31-room hotel with a swimming pool and public facilities on the provincial road, plus rice-field land for expansion. It is also planned to become the company headquarters.
Asset values and development plans are subject to due diligence and negotiation.
Modular and industrial projects, rock quarrying, digital infrastructure and connectivity, and professional and commercial services. Two partnership projects currently under review:

Rock quarrying for construction materials combined with land restoration into farms and fields. Mined-out land is intercropped with tree crops and secondary food crops, keeping the site productive after quarrying ends.

Houses are assembled from engineered timber components using a knock-down, interlocking system, with no cement or adhesive on site. The patent is registered with ITB as the intellectual property owner, and the first prototype has stood since 2018.
Summaries are compiled from partners' 2026 proposals and business plans. Production and permitting figures are partner plans and remain under the Company's review.
Every stage has a process owner, documents, and performance indicators. Transactions between stages are recorded in written agreements, so they can be audited.
